Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all lessons sold under the Noah’s Ark Chinese brand by MROSH Consulting LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”). Payments are made by card through Stripe, and every refund goes back to the card you paid with.

$9 trial lesson

• The trial lesson is a 30-minute lesson that costs $9.
• The $9 is credited toward any package. When you buy a 10- or 20-lesson package after your trial, we deduct $9 from the package price.
• You can reschedule the trial free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, or if we cancel and cannot offer a time that suits you, the $9 is refunded in full.
• A trial lesson that has taken place is not refunded, but its $9 stays available as credit toward a package.

Single lessons and rescheduling

• You can reschedule or cancel a lesson free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice by email. A cancelled single lesson is refunded or kept as credit, as you prefer.
• With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if the learner does not join within 15 minutes of the start time, the lesson counts as delivered and is not refunded.
• Unused single lessons are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase.

Lesson packages (10 or 20 lessons)

• Within 14 days of purchase: unused lessons are fully refunded. Lessons already delivered are charged at the single-lesson price ($16 per 25–30 min lesson, $27 per 50 min lesson), and the rest of what you paid is refunded.
• Example: you buy 10 lessons of 25–30 min for $150 and take 3 lessons. We keep 3 × $16 = $48 and refund $102.
• Example: you buy 10 lessons of 50 min for $250 and take 3 lessons. We keep 3 × $27 = $81 and refund $169.
• If a trial credit was applied to the package, the refund is based on the amount you actually paid for the package.
• After 14 days: unused lessons stay valid for 6 months from purchase. If you can no longer take them for a serious reason (for example illness or a move), email us — we will look at a fair partial refund for the unused lessons.

If we cancel

If we cancel a lesson and cannot offer a new time that suits you, you receive a full refund for it, regardless of the 14-day period.

What is not refunded

• Lessons that have already been delivered (a delivered trial lesson remains credited toward a package).
• Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice (counted as delivered).

How to cancel or request a refund

Email hello@noahsarkchinese.com with your name, the email used for payment, the date of purchase and what you bought. You don’t need to give a reason. If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first — we can usually fix it the same day.

Processing time

We reply to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original card within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take another 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
